All Scholarship Applicants Must:

• Be a graduating high school senior at an eligible school.
• Be a US Citizen and a Texas Resident
• Complete the most recent Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
• Plan to attend an accredited, not-for-profit univerity in the State of Texas
