Booth locations are First Come First Serve.
10x10 Area: $100/Night
Areas Beyond 10x10: $150/Night
Deposit of $200 (half of the week) is due by April 1st. If the deposit is not received by the due date, the vendor’s reservation will be removed and the rodeo association will move forward with the waiting list.
The deposit is non-refundable unless the vendor has given the rodeo association at least 30 days notice of cancellation.
The remainder of the balance is due upon arrival.
